Project Two

Toddler Closet Transformation

Shared closet transformation for two young girls, designed for function and accessibility. We replaced an old dresser with an affordable, customizable closet system that divides space for each child, making it easy for them to find and reach their clothing. The reconfigurable layout can adapt as they grow. The top shelf stores neatly labeled 'hand-me-downs' and extra bedding, accessible when needed. Picture labels and bins keep items organized and help the girls learn responsibility while keeping toys and clothes in order. Stuffed animals are displayed up top, reducing clutter and creating a fun, tidy space.

Check out the transformation. You won’t believe the improvements!

Young Person’s Closet Update

This update was done for a 7 year old. He wanted to be more independent with dressing himself and storing his toys in his room. Hanging space was a must because this youngster loves to dress up. The toy storage with doors was replaced by drawers of clothes that he can access independently. The hang bar was also hung at a height that he can reach. The toys at the top of the closet can be accessed with adult help or a step stool. There is room for larger/taller toys along the right side of the closet. We used labels with pictures and words to make sure he could locate his belongings, and put them away, on his own.
